Coming Fall 2008 to COCC’s Continuing Education Program!
This 14 Module course presented by The Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc. (NTA), taught over 8 months (fall, winter and spring quarter), trains students to conduct functional evaluations, balance body chemistry, and help others achieve vibrant health and wellness. Students will learn the role of diet, nutrition and lifestyle, learn to assess individual nutritional status and offer dietary counseling, and address nutritional deficiencies. Please click here for a detailed course overview. Qualifying students will be certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association. Classes will meet 6 weekends over 8 months (see dates below). Students will be required to review lecture content on DVD, complete homework, book reviews, outside client/practitioner files, and pass midterm and final written and practical examinations.
