Good leaders approach their day by identifying problems and solving them. Great leaders approach their day by thinking “possibility”. It may seem like a tiny difference, but the two approaches are miles apart when it comes to creating results.
Excellent leadership is about being able to see possibilities, choose one and create a plan to reach it. Then it is about being able to make choices daily on actions that get you closer to your vision...moving beyond the current reality. After all, those actions that reinforce your current reality will get results that you've already achieved. We assume that you want results beyond what you've already achieved. Join us to explore ideas, tips and techniques that:

· Enable leaders to recognize when they’re on auto-pilot and learn to shift into being present where choices live.

Ask anyone who attended the Bend event last October and they will remember Guy Smith. Guy has a passion for helping businesses and leaders discover and unleash their potential. He has consulted with organizations around the world on three major elements that impact business success - the customer experience, the employee experience, and leadership competency. Guy's philosophies and abilities were born at The Walt Disney World® Company where he worked for over 18 years and then were deepened and broadened in other leadership roles he held in such industries as lodging, healthcare, and technology. COCC is pleased to welcome Guy back to Central Oregon.
