Both the live and online courses are approved by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) and satisfy the educational requirement to become a licensed contractor in Oregon. The Oregon Construction Contractor Board will be notified when you complete the course and are eligible to take the state-mandated test. A grade of at least 70 percent is required to pass.

*The registration fee of $275 for the live classes includes the Oregon Contractor’s Reference Manual.  For the online course, you will need to order the Oregon Contractor's Reference Manual, 8th Edition, from Builders Book Depot, 1-800-284-3434.  Be sure to order the 8th edition ($37.50 plus shipping).
